When was Elohim changed into God?

Without knowing what "Elohim" means, it's impossible to tell.  It might be translatable as "The gods"

"Those From the Heaven to Earth came" the Anunnaki (Sumerian: “those who came down from the heavens”; Old Testament Hebrew; Anakeim, Nefilim, Elohim; Egyptian: Neter), an advanced civilization settled in the Persian gulf area around 432,000 years  +/- ago, colonized the planet, with the purpose of obtaining large quantities of Au. 

Being an immature race, we assumed they were 'gods' and, at the time, that was fine with them.

When those who were attempting to hide our history chose to drop terms like Elohim, Nephilim et al and their respective associations with the Anu, is difficult to discern.

Referring to "Elohim" (which is ancient Hebrew not Sumerian) there is plenty of stuff written by people with linguistics skills and education in ancient languages and all their work would disagree with your rhetoric Pssst.  My wife has a degree in linguistics so if I wanted to, I'm sure I could run rings around you on this subject!

I remember reading that El, in various middle eastern languages, was the name of the supreme God, King or father of all gods. Being a childhood fan of Superman comics, I also remembered that Superman's family name is El (he being Kal-el, son of Jor-el).

More trivia - YHWH, often translated Yahweh, or via the latin - Jehovah, is referred to a couple of times in the psalms as Jah and is part of the word Hallelujah (Hallowed be Jah)  This is the same as in Jah Rastafari - the name rastafarians give to Haile Selassie.

It's an interesting subject.  I often find myself wondering about the etymology of words and since I moved to Sweden, it's been fascinating finding out how the same root words are used similarly but differently over here.  Marrying a linguist has given me a lot of fun conversations.
