The Radio Secrets of DNA

A fascinating video on the secrets of DNA.

"Very few people know that in the universe there exists unlimited high density/frequency energy, and our human body has the ability to resonate with these energies, it is just not well understood by modern science. In this video we will introduce several very astonishing experiments to explain the problem, and we are going to talk about the virus from a totally different perspective and a little-known way to eliminate it.":

@Valmar

Any thoughts on this?

My observation (not a conclusion of course):

Hi Laird,

I have shared this in quite a few different places. The reason being I found this information very insightful and empowering, especially in these uncertain times. Have you watched the video and if so, what did you think of it?

No kidding? Master Li must be proud of you.

The reason being, I reckon, is that you are a member of the Falun Gong/Dafa movement (cult? That's a tricky term but elements may apply), and you are keen to evangelise its content. Perhaps you even produced this content yourself for that movement. Who knows?

Propaganda is not welcome on our forums.

Here is some reporting by the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) for members to consider on their own:

The power of Falun Gong

Quote:Anna waited. A few minutes later, Master entered the room.

He spoke first to the woman and then to Anna’s mother. Then he looked at Anna, looked right into her eyes. He raised his arms, waving them in the air, then he was chanting something she couldn’t understand.

“By then it was pretty clear what this was supposed to be,” says Anna, now 25. “This was supposed to be an exorcism.”

She was face to face with the man reckoned a God-like figure among his followers at The Mountain, who Anna had grown up believing could read her mind and listen to her dangerous thoughts.

But now the spell was broken.

“I remember looking into his eyes and thinking, ‘you are just another regular, pathetic man’,” she says.

Quote:“Part of the practice is this notion that Master Li first of all can read everyone’s mind and that he has heavenly bodies out there in the world doing this for him as well. So I grew up with this notion that my thoughts were always being monitored. And my mother said that at Dragon Springs, you were in a greater presence of spirits and the gods.”

And the corresponding ABC Foreign Correspondent show, The Power of Falun Gong:

Quote:[From the transcript] ANNA: Part of the whole premise of the practice is getting rid of your human attachments in order to attain salvation. I think a lot of parents in the practice sort of conflate human attachment with just a basic parental love.

There's plenty more, but that'll do for now.

I'll just add this article that I found because I had no idea what Falun Gong was all about. I find it very disturbing and will be sure to avoid anything connected with this cult.

If one's motivational premise in the first place is to eradicate "uncertainty" (as in "times of..."), that's already setting you up for an absolutist (and ultimately self-disempowering) framework.

And it seems to be a fact that false and cultish indoctrination is the kind of thing that appeals to the vulnerable who may be seeking certainty.

Falun Dafa is not a cult. It is a very ancient Qi Gong practice that only recently has been given to the secular world as it used to be passed down in secret. To understand just how ancient this Qi Gong practice is I highly recommend reading this. It explains that this practice goes back to a very remote time:

https://falundafa.org/eng/eng/zfl_2018_1.html#4

There is no money involved, people come and go as they please and there is no central power base. People just practice a set of 5 gentle qi-gong exercises and read the core theory of the practice which is Zhuan Falun.

It respects free will, if you want to practice then you can, if not that's fine too. This is mentioned in Zhuan Falun ( The core book of Falun Dafa)

excerpt 1:

"Here we’re teaching you to take the right path, and along with that, we’re teaching you the Law inside and out and encouraging you to have your own understanding of it, but it’s still up to you whether you decide to learn it. "The master leads you through the door, but cultivation is up to you. Nobody’s going to push you to cultivate. It’s up to you whether you cultivate. Or to put it another way, when you choose your own path, when you decide what you want, or when you’re trying to get something—nobody will stop you. They can only try to kindly persuade you"

excerpt 2:

"Our Falun Dafa is one of the Buddhist system’s 84,000 disciplines. It’s never been passed on to the general public before during this period of civilization, but it did once save people on a large scale in a prehistoric age. Today I’m spreading it again widely during this final period of the kalpa’s end, so it’s just extremely precious."

excerpt 3:

"I’m not saying you have to learn my Falun Dafa, but I can say that what I’m doing is sharing some principles with you. If you want to cultivate you have to commit to one discipline, or else you won’t be able to cultivate one bit. Of course, if you don’t want to cultivate we’ll leave you alone. The Law is meant to be heard by people who really cultivate."

There is currently a massive propaganda campaign against Falun Dafa orchestrated by the communist government. They fabricate lies and slander Falun Dafa and some fake news Western media outlets swallow the lies hook, line and sinker:

Think about this for a moment. Falun Dafa is a group of people who try to live by the precepts of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance. The Chinese Communist Party imprisons, tortures and harvests organs from living Falun Dafa practitioners. Who is the real 'cult' here?:

I have no doubt that the Chinese government routinely abuses human rights and I hope that international pressure brings that to an end as soon as possible.

What I don't need is another right-wing, conspiracy peddling, QAnon type lunatic cult on my online doorstep. I think this should stop right here.

(Ex-)believer Ben Hurley, who was involved in the ABC reporting above - so it seems like he's been vetted by journalists and is a reliable source - addresses a lot of that in his blog post Me and Li — Why I left Falun Gong after being a devoted believer for a decade. First, though, here's one of his criticisms (all emphasis in quotes is my own):

Ben Hurley Wrote:That Falun Gong practitioners frequently die from treatable medical conditions is one of Falun Gong’s dirtiest secrets. A lot of Falun Gong practitioners have died this way. I heard about deaths often when I was involved in the community, typically middle-aged or older practitioners dying of cancers they didn’t treat. These cases would come up in group “sharings”, where we would meet regularly and study scriptures together then talk about them. And they would come up on the email lists I was on. Usually it was a request for practitioners around the world to “send righteous thoughts” to “eliminate evil interference” that was causing this person to become ill. Word would quietly circulate later that the person hadn’t made it.

Ben Hurley Wrote:Falun Gong practitioners have continually countered that these claims are nothing but Communist Party propaganda. They have come up with ways to explain away Master Li Hongzhi’s very clear teachings against taking medicine. In fact, the Party was right about this phenomenon although I wouldn’t trust their numbers. Even in a more recent lecture, published on Falun Gong website Clearwisdom.net in May 2015, Master Li acknowledges the “many” deaths in the group and lays the blame squarely on those practitioners’ thoughts

It sounds like a case of: don't take medicine, and if you die, it's your own fault.

Your claim:

(2021-10-22, 04:22 AM)EnergyGem Wrote: Falun Dafa is not a cult. [...] There is no money involved, people come and go as they please and there is no central power base.

Ben's thoughts on those claims:

Ben Hurley Wrote:Other people have attempted the topic of whether Falun Gong is a cult, so I’m not going to do that here. It’s kind of like a swearword that doesn’t actually mean anything specific to most of the people who use it. But I will make the point that Falun Gong is a much more secretive and controlling organisation than many people realise, it’s not a transparent group. While most of the core teachings are accessible for free on the websites, there are secret teachings and directives that are passed down verbally, and the discussions and forums that were once open to the public are now tightly controlled.

Ben Hurley Wrote:While Falun Gong practitioners are technically free to come and go as they please, social pressures and deep spiritual fears become a strong staying force, in addition to social ties like marriages and children with other devout practitioners. Many, having given so much to Falun Gong, have little ties to society anymore and transitioning back would be a scary prospect. And then there is the shame, which I’ve felt deeply, of acknowledging to your friends and family that this thing you’ve talked up for so long has a darker side that you’ve said nothing about.

Ben Hurley Wrote:The way Falun Gong defines itself to the public and to its own followers — as a health-focussed spiritual group concerned about human rights — is just not true. It made me less healthy, less happy, less kind, less compassionate. And it made me less truthful — to myself and others. Any spiritual growth that it may once have offered was left by the roadside as it morphed into a giant PR machine for a bullshit cause, exploiting a free labour force of exhausted zealots. Its goal now has nothing to do with meditation, spirituality or improving health. It’s just a political machine — Li’s project to amass power and influence and then shoot for whatever bizarre goal he thinks of next.

Ben Hurley Wrote:It’s taken me a long time to pluck up the courage to write this article. It’s a story I haven’t told in full to anyone. It’s not that I feared for my physical safety in writing this, the Falun Gong community isn’t like that. But I feared the judgement from the friends I have who still do it, and I feared being seen as an idiot by non-practicing people I’ve known all this time. I’m not a stupid guy — I’m well educated, I’ve got a good career and generally take a nuanced view of the world around me. This experience shows a childish, naive side of me; how rationality and dogma can exist side-by-side in one person’s head. And I have trouble explaining that to people.

But more than anything I deeply feared that by facing up to what I was seeing and feeling in Falun Gong I would face unimaginable punishment in this life and the afterlife. It was a heavy burden that ate away at me every hour of every day, and I think it can only be understood by others who have held a spiritual belief as deep as mine. The only time I truly felt safe from the consequences of a long list of sins I committed daily by simply going about my life was when I was sitting in meditation or reading Li’s writings. It’s a kind of blood debt Li has carefully cultivated in all of his followers and regularly reminds them of.

Back to your claims:

Ben's sentiments:

Ben Hurley Wrote:This article is in no way an attempt to justify the Chinese government’s ridiculous and violent campaign against Falun Gong. The many outright lies the Chinese government has told about the group have in some ways helped Falun Gong by giving the organisation a human rights narrative that allows it to not focus too closely on its own practices and beliefs. If only the Chinese government had just stuck to the facts. Falun Gong in many foreigners’ minds is associated with other freedom movements abroad, when in reality Falun Gong doesn’t give a stuff about other groups or about reform in China. In the world view of most Falun Gong practitioners, any movement that is trying to achieve an outcome in the human world — apart from Falun Gong’s various projects, that is — is engaging in dirty human politics.
