Recent poltergeist-like experience

I want to report the personal experience of poltergeist-like paranormal manifestations in my home. They lasted for three days.

There were seven types of phenomena:

1. Moving lights at the ceiling of our family room, erratically appearing and disappearing.
2. Droning or booming sounds that would start quietly, increase to a loud level, then fade away.
3. Sudden unintelligible voices coming from several phones.
4. The grandfather clock tolling the wrong times.
5. The picture on our tv set became scrambled.
6. My wife's PC lost most of its functions, like emails and Amazon orders.
7. I noticed that my office room chair and CD collection had somehow changed. This was so strange that I am hesistant to report it.

That sounds really intense, @nbtruthman, and quite fascinating. I'm glad you reported it. Do you have any ideas about what precipitated this activity? I mean both in the sense of motivation as well as (the motivated) agency. And how did it make you and your family feel? Were you more frightened or more intrigued, or something else?

Oh, and: did your office room chair return to its original brand, and your CD collection return to normal, or are they still different?

[Edit: I see you've edited out item #7 on which my question was based. I wish you'd edit it back in, because it was the most interesting and difficult to pass off (and thus most evidential) of all of them. However, if you are determined not to, and if you also want me to remove reference to it by editing this post of my own, then just let me know.]

Thanks for that Nbtruthman,

I wonder, did you have any guests with you at the time - particularly adolescent children?

What does your wife think about the events?

Quite a few more questions have occurred to me. I hope this isn't going overboard, and that you'll indulge me.

Re #1:

Did these lights look more like reflected light, i.e., as though somebody were shining a small torch or similar on the ceiling, or more like sources of light in themselves?

Re #2:

Were these sounds definitely located inside the house? In particular, did they ever occur while one or more of you was outside the house, such that you could rule out an external source?

On a related note, assuming "Yes" to the first question, could they anyway be heard from outside the house (despite being located within it)?

Re #3:

Did the phones ring before the voices spoke from them?

Did you have to pick them up (whether prompted by ringing or not) to hear the voices, or were the voices audible without picking up the phone, via your phones' speakers or the like?

Were these mobile (smart) phones, and, if not, what type of phones were they?

Re #4:

Has this clock ever tolled the wrong time before?

Were the wrong tolls irregular, either (or both) because (1) the tolls occurred at inconsistent times when they ought not to have, i.e., not on the exact hour or half hour, and not a consistent time off the exact hour or half hour each time, and/or (2) the tolls were not off by a consistent number every time, i.e., not tolling, say, two tolls short of the number of times they ought to have tolled every time they tolled the wrong number of times?

Similarly as my question in my previous post re #7, did it return to correct tolling spontaneously and without intervention?

Re #5:

Can you describe more specifically what you mean by "scrambled"? In particular, did it look anything like the black-and-white static of an untuned analogue TV?

What was the source of the feed you were watching when this occurred? In particular, was it broadcast (e.g., cable) TV, or streaming video like YouTube or Netflix?

Re #6:

Similarly as my question in my previous post re #7, did the functionality of your wife's computer return to normal, and, if so, did it do so spontaneously, or did you need to perform some sort of repair?

I feel that these phenomena were caused by some sort of entity, not evil since no one was injured.  I was both frightened a little and intrigued.

The office room chair and CD collection have stayed in their altered form.

Very interesting happenings...

I am just not sure what you mean by number 7. Did your chair and CDs changed position? Or there was something else in question? Did your wife noticed it also? Perplexing...

Also, did you manage to record the anomalies with camera (sounds, moving lights...)?

I hope the questions are ok as I am curious...

Kind regards
