It sounds - metaphorically - like alchemy, turning base metals into gold, except in this case it is turning oppressive emotions into something much lighter.

I've struggled with enough of these matters myself, but nowadays I'm more saddened to see others, often my friends, burdened by dark emotions they carry, for years - simply because they don't know either that they can, or how to transmute them. Some things are very simple, but knowing that it is possible is perhaps the most difficult message to communicate.

You know I saw the new NDE post from Tim earlier today, but I skimmed over it after ‘reading’ the first few lines. Your post led me back to it and made me read it properly. This time I was inspired.

I have put a short part of it up as a post on my ‘secret’ Facebook page, including the bit you highlighted.

Thanks for the interesting comment, Typoz which I'll refrain from adding to it, as it's already complete.

It's an odd report and I wondered whether to post it or not for several days. Does this other 'dimension' (assuming it really exists) have 'machines' that can affect our earthly circumstances and mood? We would be wise I guess not to entertain such fantastical notions.

I've come across several reports of 'libraries' with books stacked up to the proverbial sky. Never heard of a celestial street sweeper and, I can't envisage there being much 'litter' in paradise somehow. Having said that, it doesn't sound like anything he was expecting.

Thanks for the reply, Tim. Yes, I must say I didn't necessarily swallow the whole thing whole without question. The street sweeper seemed a bit of a curious thing to me too. Both books and computers or other machines do crop up quite frequently, but I find it hard to take them literally. I don't necessarily consider it all nonsense, but it might be more of a representation, an image with which we are familiar, used as a way to try to communicate something perhaps incomprehensible. As well of course as the possibility that it is just a figment of imagination, but I don't feel it is reasonable or appropriate to use 'imaginary'  as a default explanation, without considering other possibilities, including 'don't know'.

Thanks, for that Stan. I know I also tend to skim quickly through a lot of material, you're not the only one.

Well put, Typoz! I had the opportunity to speak to a cardiac arrest survivor (abroad) for several minutes who'd had a profound NDE. There was a brief mention of the 'Summerland' type topography in his description but much more, such as "structures but not structures" he couldn't describe. I remember that I asked him if there was anywhere here that he could point to that might help people who are curious about this, to understand better, but he just said no. I'm obviously no Jeffrey Mishlove, or whatever his name is.

I think you are like JM, Tim. I always scan the threads to see if you have posted a new Nde story. I look forward to them.

We hear from some NDErs of the requirement to go back, to return to their body, because ‘God still has work for you to do’ or words to this effect.

Has more about this work ever been revealed?

Lots of things have been revealed, including a person's past and future, as well as the workings of the entire universe ('universe' not necessarily corresponding with our material version of astronomy), all questions have been answered.

But - it seems a condition of coming back here is that forgetfulness is part of the process. After an NDE, an experiencer is often aware of having known, but cannot recall what it was that they knew.

Without reference to NDEs, I've had my own problems due to knowing too much about the future. There was a time, some years ago, when I had a number of dreams, all telling a similar story, but putting it in different ways. I could piece together what lay ahead in the next months and years. And then I screwed up. Badly. Because I knew what was coming, I tried to hurry things along, causing chaos all around. The dreams shifted in tone, very gently and still encouragingly, letting me know that I would not be given such detailed foreknowledge again, as the very knowledge, rather than bringing things about, prevented them from happening. From that point on, things went better for me, eventually what I had anticipated arrived sideways, as it were, barely in my peripheral vision, so that I did not try to interfere.

I think ultimately it is very simple, not complicated at all. We just be ourselves and do what we do. That is all, nothing more, nothing less.
