Another news flash of even greater interest has just come to my attention ;
The Sept.-Oct. 2023 issue of an obscure community newszine in newspaper format has published a fairly extensive interview with whistleblower David Grusch. It is quite revealing, and the interview reveals some more details. Most important is the information that the UFO aliens are of multiple different races, forms and origins, and are generally either indifferent to humans, or actually hostile. This last certainly goes against the theories and claims of a lot of UFO cultists, who claim they are here to positively influence us and guide us from disaster. I find hostility/indifference to be much more likely.
In photocopy form this article is at https://www.docdroid.net/YUfYxi7/pdf-mad...spaper-pdf . The obscurity of this publication seems to indicate the extremely low level of media interest in the phenomenon, likely manipulated by the powers that be.

Is there any evidence made public yet?
It's hard to keep interest when there aren't even pictures.

Yes, we have recovered spacecraft and aliens. They are not lying. But what people think they are talking about, is not quite what they are talking about... here are some photographs... https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7340390/
We shall not cease from exploration
And the end of all our exploring
Will be to arrive where we started
And know the place for the first time.

None yet. I agree - it's hard to keep interest going in the absolute absence of evidence other than testimonies. However, the multiplicity of sworn testimonies is a sort of smoke which must indicate some sort of fire, it seems to me.

Yeah don't get me wrong, I do appreciate your posts on this subject as there do seem to [be] unusual actions in the US government regarding disclosure.
I just think this particular story needs something more to maintain the initial feeling about Grusch having some explosive evidence that would mark huge changes in the discussion around UFOs.

(2023-10-18, 03:15 PM)nbtruthman Wrote: Update
A new interview (at https://twitter.com/TheUfoJoe/status/171...1ipcQ&s=19) with Rep. Tim Burchett indicates that the House will probably soon have a highly classified Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) room in which they will be able to look at the highly classified UAP documents referred to by David Grusch and other whistleblowers. This is an ultra-secure room where officials and government contractors take extraordinary precautions to securely review highly classified information.
If this actually takes place, it will constitute a real breakthrough in the disclosure process, which has faced very strong opposition from Defense Intelligence quarters and private aerospace contractors. Note: why this determined opposition if there really is nothing there??
Of course, it may turn out that the Intelligence community and contractors will have used the long delay to beaver away frantically to clean off and redact most of the key details in this documentation. Leading inevitably to another round.
Update on this greatly anticipated meeting (which turned out to be mainly between House representatives and the Defense Inspector General (who is supposed to have personally received a number of testimonies by whistleblowers) on the subject of the supposed black compartmented projects engaged in retrieving and reverse engineering alien artifacts derived from crashed UFOs.
After much stonewalling, it was finally held, on October 26, when the Intelligence Community condition was finally met that the meeting had to be held in a so-called unhackable "SCIF" facility, a highly classified Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) room. It took some time to make one available.
The outcome was that House Representatives present (especially Gaetz, Burchett and Moskowitz) were very unhappy with this long anticipated meeting with the Defense IG and hopefully some of the whistleblowers in a SCIF. This was because sure enough, there was yet another key technicality blocking their being given any disclosure information. The output to Congress in the meeting was essentially a nothingburger and predictably so. The Defense IG and his controllers were just saying "nothing here folks (that we say you with your inadequate clearances can be shown)". They could have explained this at the beginning and avoided a useless meeting, but obviously they just wanted to delay as long as possible.
The House of Representatives members (who are charged with creating the law of the land and are already highly cleared), still don't have the necessary very much higher clearances. There are hints that this is related to the so-called "Title 50". For an indication of the level of this classification, Title 50 mostly indicates CIA personnel operating under CIA direction and control. These people operate under Title 50. The Secretary of Defense is of course also under Title 50. The required clearance in this case probably also included Compartmented. This last would disallow all but a very few persons.
Anyway, the personal classified data access ratings of the elected House representatives is the issue, the final stratagem that is being used to indefinitely extend the disclosure clock. The earlier SCIF facility requirement turned out not unexpectedly to be just another time-delaying maneuver, with no intention whatever of ever disclosing the information. The "powers that be" can always raise the persons' required clearance just enough to stonewall any information revelation efforts.
It appears that the ONLY good thing to come from this is that it provides even more ammunition, with I think conclusive undeniable evidence, of (at the very least) a major conspiracy where deliberate avoidance of congressional oversight is the least of the issues.
When elected members of Congress charged by the Constitution to make the law of the land and fund the government can’t get access to any information they want from DOD, what is this country? A banana republic? Who’s really the boss ? Where's the checks and balances? It looks like that aspect of the Constitution has gone by the wayside.

Maybe if these elected officials conducted themselves in an adult manner we wouldn't have this problem.
I'm sort of kidding of course, but the actions of many of these members makes me view them as utterly untrustworthy with anything approximating a national secret.

It is something of a bind, speaking on human nature rather than any particular nation's politics.
On the one hand, are elected officials who can be influenced by lobbyists more trustworthy than people who've dedicated themselves to their nation across their entire lives? Then, OTOH, said dedicated people have been found to accept varied evils in the name of their particular nationalism....along with, at times, also being influenced by monetary gain.
I'd like to say the "right" thing is all knowledge given to the public...but one can look at the history of mobs and times when the public has willingly gone along with ideas that range from simply ill considered to outright evil. Would knowledge of extraterrestrials unify humanity? What if the phenomena is far stranger, suggesting this world is far more Weird than most might tolerate?
Anyway I don't have any answers, but your post got me thinking about these issues...
