I don't think I've got anything to learn about the care of children from Ian Brady, Myra Hindley and Ian Huntley.

You missed the opportunity to examine why a connected group would, pre-incarnation, set out to have such exceptional experiences. Your bias excludes this learning possibility. Could you have not learned something from that investigation?

But that is the way you desire to go about this, choosing to assign + or -without the possibility that Life and the events therein are fundamentally neutral so to allow you to have the experience, then assign its energy appropriately.

I didn't realize we discussed changing diapers on PQ. But ok.
Back when Skeptiko was coming unravelled. I tried to come up with a satire of the old Hawaii five o tv show. In stead of "Book em.Dano." It was going to be" Ban em. Daveo."
But never figured out the proper way to work it in.

For some reason your post brought this to mind:

I have reported a couple of Laird's posts. One in particular is quite insulting, which isn't a problem in and of itself (I have a thick skin Smile). My concern is that Laird gets himself worked up emotionally and then makes moderation decisions based on those emotions, rather than reason. It seems to have become a habit with him to become worked up about something I have said, usually based on a misunderstanding. I try to patiently and calmly explain where I think the misunderstanding lies, but this doesn't seem to calm him. I now try to avoid any discussion with him for this reason, however he has the advantage of carrying a big stick with which to get his way.

I would ask that Laird please recuse himself from moderating my posts, especially if he is involved in the discussion. If I have done something wrong, then one of the other moderators should be able to see it and deal with me.

Linda
So..... a particular moderator needs to moderate his moderation.
I like this.

I don't see the point of this post as it's got nothing or little to do with the OP and it seems to be done - by having been posted publicly rather than sent privately to the moderators - with the purpose of stirring trouble. That may not be the intention but it's the impression it gives, IMO. Maybe in the future just communicate such issues privately - in any event, everyone can be aware that the moderators make it a point to save all moderation reports so that every moderator sees them.

Well, Laird invited me and others to take our complaints to this forum, when he closed the thread, so it doesn't make much sense to chastise me for following his direction. I could have started a new thread, but perhaps I was a bit tired of being forced to do so by that point.

Any response to my request?

As you've chosen to discuss this in public, perhaps the rest of us are allowed to respond.

Personally I very much hope Laird does not recuse himself from moderating either your posts or anyone else's.
