Ultimately whom do you trust and why?
I mean do you trust radar screens, or those who interpret them? If there is crashed UFO material somewhere do you expect the military to produce it? Even if they did, someone would have to interpret what was on display, and I don't imagine you would trust those people either!
I strongly suspect these are not purely physical phenomena - so the stew of evidence becomes still more difficult to interpret.
By way of comparison, you dismiss just about everything except presumably information from a 2000 years old book assembled from a large number of witnesses reporting tens of years after the purported events took place. Moreover, this was a book which was revised several times at a number of special conferences, starting with the First Council of Nicaea, which was held in 325 AD - the first of many revisions.
