I'm struggling with why describing ones 'perceptions' excludes describing ones 'internal perceptions'... ones perceptions, are not different from ones internal perceptions, are they not?

I know what he's trying to get at, but his attempt to define the split between these things isn't as good as it could be, indeed I think he's chosen a split-point that doesn't really work.

Oh yeah I think the language used, specially where @nbtruthman was criticizing, is sloppy. And yeah I'm not sure what "Will" actually is in this context...I just don't think it's contradictory just badly stated heh...

well I'm never easy on Kastrup, ever since he threw his toys out of the pram, and took his bat n ball home on Skeptiko, when I caught him out. Definitely got the sense that he is somebody who likes to be right, and doesn't take being wrong at all well. I'm not sure I see anything there, he's never said anything that hasn't already been pointed out by the founders of QM etc.. I don't get much more from Hoffman either (as you kniw), he's has recently climbed on Nima's shoulders, as we all have (it's actually Nima's breakthroughs, from where he's getting his recent inspiration), saw him at a couple of Nima's lectures.
