She apparently created a taxonomy, can you summarize it?

Apparently a new number of the Journal of Parapsychology has appeared, or is about to. I got an email telling me I could read it if I joined, though I can't find any details elsewhere online. This should be volume 83, number 1, I think. Here is the list of contents from the email:
