Can anyone tell me how to attach a photo? Nothing in help..

I can do video but not photo...
I think this is a question for Pollux. He has been installing various plugins, some of which have to do with image uploading, especially to Imgur, but yes, in the current state of our plugin environment, I don't see an obvious way to upload images either, jkmac. Will ping Pollox by PM.
    You can.

You get the attachment dialog when you hit the "New Reply" button. Not when you use the "Quick Reply".

Also there is a bug where that little text stub shows the time since the image was attached.

Assumed that was the case.

Can you share how?

Oh. I see. I use "add attachment". Thanks

Thanks, Chuck. I feel a bit stupid now. Blush

I think I've fixed this. The problem (for anybody who cares) was that the image tag (<img>) includes in its "title" attribute the timestamp of the attachment. Ordinarily this would be fine - the "title" attribute specifies what's shown in the little yellow "pop-up" message when you hover your mouse over the image. Unfortunately, the function to generate the timestamp was being called with its "format" parameter set to "relative", which, when the image is less than a day old, creates a timestamp which is itself an HTML tag (a <span>). When this is inserted as part of the <img> tag's "title" attribute, it is invalid HTML, which caused the glitch.

Anyhow, I'll see if anybody's reported/fixed this already, and if not, I'll report the problem and solution to the MyBB team.

It seems to have been fixed in the latest development version of MyBB on GitHub, so no need to report it.
