Dissention from the party line was frowned upon. This tooķ place before when Alex changed to the newer Skeptiko site. Just recently during the near collapse of said forum Alex categorized those two forums  I believe as the dark underbelly. He often categorized people whom didn't see the light as "stuck on stupid"

I'm curious to know what you mean by this, and to which discussion you're referring.

It was a reference to the mods shutting down discussion which was making sense (a frequent occurrence on Skeptiko). You were discussing, in Chris' thread, hiding this thread, which would have that effect.

Nobody is blaming anybody as far as I see it. Actions were criticised. I may be wrong, sometimes it's hard to separate the person from their actions. I'm sorry if I do that Laird, I don't mean to.
