His abbreviations like that are not conductive for a conversation and can be confusing. I always noticed he liked to use one-liners a lot, but the weird abbreviations threw me off. That's why I started to not participate in the show forums as much. He didn't seem like he wanted a real convo? I mean, there is accepted internet-type speech and abbreviations, but damn... that was confusing.

But, it's probably not our place to speculate too much. It is what it is.

Good points, Doppleganger ! Maybe he thought he needed to invent a new persona for himself, a re-brand, maybe. Only he knows of course.

He felt he was the leader and everyone else was somehow a kind of follower. His handing out little bites of humble pie is but one example among some large and small.

I always found that unsettling, but I just kind of ignored it. Funny because Andy gives off that same kind of vibe. Touch of the holier than thou.

Well, it was his forum and his podcast, and he did all the interviews, etc. I guess he never cared about the forum, I suppose. I just had a problem with the way he dismissed it.

I hated when Andy would wipe out whole threads as a mod. But what about Craig? Smile

At least that was a fun ride?!

I'm going to continue because I'm tied to my work right now and it's Saturday!

I thought his thing with Rick Archer of BATGAP was kind of odd. Like Alex knew the truth and what a RUBE Rick was for not agreeing 100% with Alex. Always publishing bits of their private correspondence in a way that showed how Alex knew the truth.

I mean anyone who has listened to even a few hours of BATGAP knows Rick is one of the nicest, most humble guys around. Why call someone like that on the carpet and make them seem like a fool because they don't "see" that global warming is a big hoax?

(PLEASE NO ADDITION DISCUSSION ABOUT GLOBAL WARMING!!!! Smile)

I never got involved in that stuff (GW for and against) because I don't know enough about it but personally if I had to bet, it looks like CO 2 is having an effect. How big, who knows.

Politics is something I do know about but I don't discuss that either because as soon as you start asserting a position, you're (I don't mean you BTW) sticking a flag in the ground and pissing people off (even if one doesn't intend to )

"But what about Craig?"

I think I must have been absent during his reign. Was it good...or not good?

I was going to say his psi blog is still active, though having checked it seems like periodic bursts of life, the last one being in April:
