Synchronicities

I started a thread on Skeptiko about synchronicities and it proved quite popular so I thought I would start it again here.  This was my opening thread:

I wanted to start a personal synchronicities thread because I have just been stunned by one. My favourite author on the subject of Glastonbury (My favourite place on Earth) is Dion Fortune who actually lived in Glastonbury. I have just found out that she was born in Llandudno, the loveliest place I have ever lived! (and I don't move around much)

Let's hear about yours 

I was recently visiting my son in Oxnard, California, traveling from Albuquerque NM. On the second night I had a vivid dream about looking at a row of shoes, which all seemed to be the same type of sneaker of maroon/red color. I was looking for my size, but there didn't seem to be any. What I found was a strange blue shoe my size, which I didn't take. That's all I remember of the dream, but what is very strange is that the very next day we decided to go to Santa Barbara with the kids and go to a particular park. While there, we spent the latter part of our time at the park at the big wooden playground while the kids played. While sitting there, a red-headed girl about 13-14 ran by a couple of times. I noticed she was wearing the exact type and color of Maroon/red sneakers as in my dream. I have never thought about or bought shoes like this in my life. They aren't very common in my mind, anyway. I've had things in waking life show up in my dreams. This time things in dream life showed up in real life. This was not Deja Vu, just an object. Synchronicity?
