Speaking for myself, I just don't trust social media logins so I don't use them. I always register with an email - I'm probably choosing the wrong option but I can't see me changing that because I try to avoid social media as much as possible. I use Gmail and the associated Calendar, Contacts, Photos, etc., but I don't get involved in their interactive stuff. Meta - I only use for Messenger and WhatsApp - not for Facebook proper. I don't have accounts for Twitter, Tik-Tok, Telegram, Instagram or any of the multitude of other time-thieves.
I do not make any clear distinction between mind and God. God is what mind becomes when it has passed beyond the scale of our comprehension.
