New child forums

As per some members' suggestions, some new child forums have been created. These are being opened on a trial basis - meaning their continued existence will depend on participation and traffic in them.

They are:

a) Dreams, within the Personal Experiences sub-forum.
b) Members' Experiments, within the Personal Experiences sub-forum.
c) Folklore, within the Other Topics sub-forum.
d) Solutions to Sociopolitical Problems, within the Other Topics sub-forum. To access this one, one must be signed into the group that gets to see and participate in the Political Discussions and Conspiracy Discussions sub-forums.

Also, the Podcast Discussions sub-forum has been removed because of lack of activity and content. The threads it contained have been moved into other relevant sub-forums.

I wonder if the Folklore forum could be under "Other Phenomena" rather than "Other Topics"? I think folklore is interesting in its own right, but also interesting because some of it may reflect psi/paranormal phenomena.

That was the original suggested location when we privately discussed the creation of the new forums - I thought that because folklore didn't necessarily have any paranormal connotations that it would fit better under "Other Topics", but I have no problem with it being moved if enough people feel that it fits better under "Other Phenomena" after all.

OK I've moved it to Other Phenomena.

Oops, sorry Laird, I see you wrote "if enough people..." Let's just say, then, if enough people want to move it back to Other Topics, then that can be done too!

I feel bad that I've been away from the forum as long as I have and will continue to be away for awhile. I have a few things I've been writing up that I can put in the new forums and hope they're still around by the time they're ready for posting.
