They are very very interesting and if you rearrange the words in them, you will find they say something very different. Suspicious huh?
It all gets a bit bewildering at times. I just got an unsolicited phone call from someone claiming to be from the TPS, which is the body that's meant to prevent unsolicited phone calls. When I asked them a few questions, they put the phone down. It's actually not the first nuisance caller who's rung up and asked me about the nuisance calls I've been getting.
I see the UK Information Commissioner is very concerned to make sure that people have every opportunity to stop receiving unwanted emails.
Her advice is that if you don't need to send out emails very often, it's advisable to send out some extra ones, just to give people additional opportunities to ask to stop receiving them.
