I think that's the consensus of psi-inclined folk who have studied the phenomenon.

I'm most interested in the fact that multiple reports include the world suddenly becoming more "dreamlike" when physically close to either ships or entities. Given the numerous connections I've found between dreams, projection and the physical world.

During the peak season of crop circles there was an article in the Fortean Times interviewing about a dozen crop circle makers and they often said that they had witnessed strange phenomena while making a crop circle. So maybe the ritual of creating one of these things is conducive to attracting or producing weird events, but I'm pretty sure that all but the simplest crop circles are man made.

Oh, they are genuine. But why in the world must some people attribute otherworldly explanations to them is the question?
Possibly unrelated...  There is a circular area in my living room that one of my dogs absolutely refuses to cross. He will run all the way around through the kitchen and skirt around this spot to run outside. If I squat down in the middle of this area and try to get him to cross it he will with great fear and trepidation slowly edge his way towards me as if he were walking out onto very thin ice that might fall through at any moment. There's nothing visibly there... it is just an ordinary patch of floor like the rest of the living room... no rugs no furniture... nothing different except that he doesn't want to cross this space.

Anyway, possibly related: there is a guy, Simeon Hein, with a youtube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAxbVxz...0uFrbmEq7A https://newcrystalmind.com/ )

And Simeon has come to believe that almost all crop circles are man-made but that they do have some weird electrical and possibly psi related effects.

In an effort to challenge my beliefs, I tried not believing in anything. It did not work. I found that I was constitutionally incapable of kicking all my beliefs to the curb.
So I decided to try the opposite, believe in everything. That approach was somewhat more obtainable, but the closest I could come, was a sort of hierarchy of beliefs.
For example the belief that I can walk thru walls is very low on my system.
On the other hand I'm  alright with the possibility that some but not all crop circles are genuine.

I don't know, haven't looked deeply into it.  But like my sadly very slow exploration into mediumship, I would need to travel to the circles themselves to judge.
