A home page

I think this forum needs a home page to tell people what it is about. Newcomers (as opposed to ex-SKEPTIKO members) would find this useful I think in order to decide whether to join.

We might also get people like Rupert Sheldrake to link to us.

Do you mean a home page as you would find on a website like the Skeptiko site (as opposed to the Skitiko forum)? If so, I believe that would have to be created and hosted as a separate entity with the forum linked from the home page. I am not aware of forums which come with the option of a home page/site but perhaps you are?

I think we can/might use the Portal to give a short introduction to what the forum is about We just need to figure out to make it smooth and to not write a whole "novel" there. A short introduction, and possibly a link there to a page where we have a fuller description. It will come along...

Ah ... I wasn't aware of that option. Thanks.
