Who are the; ´they` in this - as he suggest - perfectly natural explainable flying phenomenon, one might ask!?!

To summarise, they both believe that official disclosure is inevitable now and it's only a matter of time. According to their sources, there is a also going to be a televised event of some kind in the near future.

Because there is enough of a consensus in the collective consciousness re: the ET reality that we have co-created this move toward disclosure. It is a sign to the ETs who are interested in first contact that we are crossing the fulcrum point as a civilization in that acceptance. Think the 144,000.
