I think Brand is about equally annoying and inspiring. He's definitely someone worth listening to imo.

Ross can be counted as one of the few people that has seen life from the inside of 'the establishment' but had the balls/vision to recognise how sick it was, and took a leap across the abyss. Respect is due.
