This is a thread for miscellaneous strange creatures and beings, whether to share reports of encounters, investigations, or any other resources.
We already have threads for general resources on bigfoot (Bigfoot / Yeti / Abominable Snowman thread) and for sightings of cryptids more broadly (Cryptozoological accounts and sightings).
This thread can cover the gaps not covered by those threads:
- General resources on cryptids beyond accounts and sightings.
- Accounts, sightings, and general resources of creatures and beings that are not necessarily cryptids, but strange in some way.
I'll kick it off with two references, the first fitting gap type #1 and the second fitting gap type #2.
