Will future tech improve paraspychology's credibility?

I was thinking particularly of blockchain and the ability to have publicly recorded/protected time stamps and how this might give us a good handle on precognition of major world events.

Another item of interest might be Natural Language Processing to find potential patterns of interest in anecdotes, thereby offering some research prospects. As the field improves you might even be able to do a search of a public dream registry after a major event like a natural disaster and highlight potential precog candidates.

Guessing others might have some ideas in this domain as well.
'Historically, we may regard materialism as a system of dogma set up to combat orthodox dogma...Accordingly we find that, as ancient orthodoxies disintegrate, materialism more and more gives way to scepticism.'
