Courtesy of Jason Colavito - here's news of a forthcoming research archive at Rice University, due to be launched at a conference in October and November:
"For over the past year, student archivists at Rice University in Houston have been compiling, digitizing, transcribing and organizing massive archives from the works of Jacques Vallee, Whitey Strieber, Ed May (physicist contracted by CIA during Stargate program) ,Richard Haines (ex-NASA scientist), and Larry Bryant. Ultimately, the goal is to have the archives processed and ready for public viewing/ access to researchers by October, which is when the university will host “Opening The Archives Of The Impossible” paranormal conference from Oct.28-Nov.2 that will include guests like Vallee, Strieber, Diana Pasulka, and others."

We've received an email that the Society for Scientific Exploration and the Parapsychological Association are calling for papers for an online event SSE-PA Connections on July 23-31, 2021. Submissions are due by 11:59pm on May 10, 2021, Eastern US Time, and can be submitted here. The potential subject matter of a submission is very broad - basically anything the SSE or PA would study, including "anomalous experiences, remote viewing, subtle energies of the body, intentional and unconscious effects on objects and electronics, encounters, and other experiences related to the nature of consciousness".

Quote:A wide range of topics is appropriate for this conference, regardless of the discipline or focus, provided the work demonstrates a scientific approach and passes the program committee’s peer-review process.

Appropriate submissions will have a scientific focus in the form of research studies, investigative experiential reports, robust critical evaluations of existing literature or research, or theoretical foundations for anomalous experiences and psi phenomena. Panel proposals on specific topics, including potential panel members, are also welcome.

More on the PA website: And the conference even has a Facebook event page where you can indicate whether you're interested/going:

Psi 2025 Games

Omni Hotel
Charlottesville, VA
August 1 -3, 2025

The first Psi Games International is coming soon. It will be an annual event and platform dedicated to exploring, showcasing, and advancing psychic abilities—often referred to as "psi" phenomena—through structured competition, education, and community engagement. The event is open to both experienced practitioners and newcomers interested in developing their intuitive skills.

Key Features

Location & Dates: The 2025 Psi Games International is scheduled for August 1st–3rd at the Omni Hotel in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Founder: The event is organized by Hakim Isler, a martial arts and security expert with a background in military psychological operations and a personal interest in remote viewing and other psi abilities.

Competition Categories:

Participants compete in five main psi disciplines:
  1. Remote Viewing: Describing hidden objects or distant locations using only the mind.
  2. Mind Sight (Extra-Ocular Vision): Identifying objects or navigating spaces without using physical sight.
  3. Precognition: Predicting future events under controlled conditions.
  4. Psychokinesis: Attempting to move or influence physical objects using mental intention.
  5. Dowsing: Locating objects or information without conventional means.
Educational Component: The event features lectures, workshops, and interactive classes led by prominent figures in parapsychology and related fields, such as Tom Campbell, Adam Curry, and Diane Hennacy Powell, MD.

Community & Scientific Approach: The Psi Games aim to bridge entertainment and scientific inquiry, using research-backed methods and expert oversight to assess and validate psi abilities in a competitive yet supportive environment.

Support & Sponsorship: The event has backing from members of the parapsychology community, including organizations like the Rhine Research Center, and attracts both in-person attendees and virtual participants.

Philosophy

The Psi Games International seeks to:
  • Foster personal growth and skill development in psi phenomena.
  • Promote broader acceptance and understanding of psychic abilities.
  • Encourage new discoveries in parapsychology by providing a forum for rigorous, public demonstration and testing.
General admission allows spectators to witness competitions and interact with participants, while access to keynote addresses and workshops requires separate registration.

For more details, including registration and event schedule, visit the official Psi Games International website.

The Science and Responsibility of Thought Forms – Jack Stucki – August 22, 2025

Quote:LOCATION: Avalon, 6185 Arapahoe Rd., Boulder, Colorado 80303
TIME: Noon – 2:30 pm (doors open at 11:30 am)
COST: $20 cash/check at door
Bring a “brown bag lunch” if you like, and drinks are provided.

Abstract:

This presentation explores the concept of thoughts forms and examines their potential scientific basis and the ethical considerations around their creation and impact. Drawing upon insights from quantum physics and neuroscience, it investigates the connection between focused thought, intention, and measurable effects in the physical world. Studies on the observer effect in quantum mechanics and neuroplasticity suggest consciousness may actively shape reality. Considering these possibilities, the presentation delves into the ethical implications of the power of intention. It will also address the responsibilities creating thought forms, individually and collectively. Harnessing this power to promote well-being and positive change will be discussed.
