Though he's referred to here as Quote:one of the greatest British geniuses of all times (who could easily belong at least in the same league with William Blake) There used to be a couple of other websites covering him, but I can't find them right now. In my earlier years his books were to be found in bookshops and public libraries, but he seems forgotten now. (2018-06-27, 11:53 AM)Stan Woolley Wrote: Thanks for your post Kamarling. Not to forget that anger is a useful thing to have and not to disparage ones ego and all the seemingly 'animal' aspects of us as 'outdated' perhaps? That they are a necessary part of ones existence here in the physical world. And maybe even, on an occasion, to 'exercise' the emotion by playing out its story in the outside world? (all of this, viewed through the lens of my experience of the world btw, not implying that you are guilty of these things ) Just some thoughts
Steve, I thought about you and this thread when I caught the Brit (Scottish?) film Calibre on netflix the other day, a crime thriller about what happens to a couple of out-of-town hunters with the local Scottish Highlanders. Yeesh. Talk about negative travel publicity. Remind never to go there (again).
Warning: spoilers in the trailer.
