How do we make good things happens in our life by using psi phenomenon?

I have lots of synchronicity experience and some premonition experience. I am atheist by belief but I believe there is whole new reality beyond our knowledge ,it helps or go against us in day to day life.
I know strong positive thinking brings good things in life but how can we augment the range of ourselves to attract good things in life?

From experience and observation I am skeptical that positive thinking can significantly attract good things and prevent bad things. Except of course through affecting one's determination and industry in physically making things happen, stimulating creativity and creative problem solving and other psychological mechanisms, which may be significantly effective or not depending on what is the area. In general, the physical world is very stubborn, too recalcitrant to be affected by mind alone. I don't think we are meant to solve most problems through positive thinking directly affecting the physical world to prevent or cure disease for instance - we are meant to fully experience the limitations of the physical world.

That being said, I am still convinced of the reality of the spiritual world, of the soul and so on.

I think we can increase the occurrence of such things as telepathy and synchronicity by being open to their existence and staying watchful. As to what sort of telepathic or synchronistic occurrences, there I'd say our thoughts do play a role in bringing about both positive and negative types of these events. Examples of synchronicities to which I refer might be apparently chance meetings with other people or finding a book or something which one may find useful - regardless of whether one was knowingly looking for it.

I don't feel we as people are like billiard balls bouncing around, or leaves tossed in a storm. On the contrary, we can guide our own path. Once we accept we have some control over our own path, then it doesn't take much of a nudge to move us towards a path where we find ourselves "in the right place at the right time".

So I don't claim there are guaranteed results, I do consider it essential to recognise that we have the ability to both influence what happens to us, and to be aware of these things. Observing and being aware is as much a part of this as is having thoughts and intentions.

However, often the best things seem to fall effortlessly into place, so I don't think any great exertion is required, rather the opposite, let things happen naturally.

For myself, I'd also add, to be careful what it is we are aiming for. The use of a mantra or something of the sort may help focus the mind, to bring it to bear on something specific, rather than vague generalities. But there may be unwanted results, such as attracting some sort of entities. Focusing the mind may attract the wrong sort of attention. I've found myself walking in deep shadow which then took additional focus and intent to free myself.

Nowadays I'm more inclined towards letting things be, and only concerning myself with whatever, for better or worse, is propagated from one life to the next. Of course that means I do consider reincarnation pretty much something I take for granted in my world-view.
