Hellish NDE from musician who had Covid

I looked up a few different sources for this event, there isn't a great deal of difference in terms of detail. It isn't easy to construct a narrative, a sequence of events occurring over a period of time. Everything is lumped together in the middle without much clarity.

I think that's reasonable, there probably wasn't a lot of clarity, at least not when trying to recall things afterwards.

One thing I did wonder about was, how much was NDE and how much a kind of delirium.

Separately, I came across a mention today of delirium.

In a growing number of patients, the brain has also become a serious cause for concern among senior doctors who've been exchanging information on a daily basis for weeks. "We now know that large numbers of patients are having significant inflammation of the brain," observes Hugh Montgomery.

"The inflammation presents with everything from delirium and confusion, even more than we would normally expect in ICU, to fits and what we call diffuse encephalitis."

"That means some people not waking up properly after being taken off a ventilator."

The problem there is that BBC reports tend to underplay or simply not acknowledge any spiritual experiences, hence it's hard to interpret such comments.

I think (based on what people have told me) there is hell and associated places. My bet would be that, as Typoz alluded to, this guy may have only suffered an intensive care psychosis, but who knows.

Do spiritual beings, even obnoxious ones resembling Jabba the Hut, have myocardial infarctions ?

Well I would tentatively say the female devil might have been one of the medical staff he connected with. He has already told us the Jabba-the-Hutt-like-monster is himself. We are told that his lungs were apparently drained of large amounts of fluid... which might account for the "...vomited blood..." bit. At some point his heart stopped. In his narrative this occurred after his lungs were drained.

It sounds like it might be an NDE to me... (i.e. he's experienced himself via a third party/parties perception) ...and importantly, although a repelling experience (as opposed to an attractive experience), the experience has repelled him - made him change his behavior - back toward the group norm (group average).

Reminds me of an NDE (false) in Peter Fenwicks book, where the patient thought he was being roasted alive in hell. In actual fact, he was wrapped in tin foil to keep him warm and I think he may have been turned regularly, or something like that.
