Interesting talk. Gary Weber explains, based on the existing research, what happens in the brain in the "normal" monkey chatter Default Mode Network we use, vs. no-thought states produced through meditative practices, and the parallels in psilocybin usage.

This is another good presentation where Weber details more the three types of thoughts or thought systems we have, and the cognitive neuroscience networks involved. Also inspiring for non-dual awakening seekers.
