Looks and sounds like the child has some type of disorder, it’s not the average type of behaviour we see in kids is it, perhaps something like bipolar. The mum is very calm with the child, but it must be mentally exhausting for her. Not to mention the constant ‘useless parent’ judgements coming from other adults, who don’t understand what they are seeing.

Geezus, that kid seems to have the whole range of alphabet-disorders.
It takes a special kind of stamina to howl & scream like that for 8 hours.

Isn't there some harmless sedative, like antihistamine, to give children in cases like this? Flying for 8 hours, his parents should have anticipated this, since it hardly is the first time he flips out.
