I was aware that Ganzfeld was known to have produced good results but I wasn't aware just how good the evidence was.  I have always wanted a Ganzfeld but never got around to getting one.  I have explored binaural beats which are rather good and I used to have a Mindlab Orion, one of those flashing light machines, but never tried any useful experiments with them.  I just wallowed in the effects.
