Very interesting. Like the host, I am leery of some of the supposed theory, but the practice seems to get results. I'm half-tempted to try it out assuming there are sufficient materials available online without having to attend a course, but I'm also wary of the potential risk in leaving the body, especially for somebody like me who has trouble with intrusive entities even while in his body. It might be more prudent to instead continue trying to establish a stretching and meditation practice, at which I'm having patchy success.
