I suppose being subjected to this kind of rudeness is the price one has to pay to discuss things on the Internet.
Tim, you said in post #17 of this thread "Does anyone know where (in which country) Malf lives ? I find Malf to be a pleasant but at times rather annoying character (particularly with his absurd "explanations" for various phenomena) and I'm curious to know if there is any influence from where he hales from. ( New Zealand ?). To be fair to Malf of course, he probably thinks the same about me."
That was right after I did post a rather long metaphysical response in #15. Actually, I tend to live in metaphysical space in my head and am never sure when it is appropriate to come out to share. When I do, I am reasonably sure that I need to be as specific and clear as I am able, else others will miss my point. That makes for long posts. So, yes, I took your comment as a veiled complaint about my posts. Your subsequent posts have been an apparent efforts to deflect from your post #17. In the process, your increasingly belligerent posts are off-putting and unfair to Chris. My first reaction to #17 was what I think you intended. That is, to withdraw. But your subsequent posts have shown only a person trying to disrupt communication he may not understand. Sorry Ninshub, I will back off. I thought Stan Woolley would know the answer and he was there (live on the thread so I asked). Get your facts straight. Your subsequent posts have been an apparent efforts to deflect from your post #17. No such thing. My posts have been only in direct response to Chris's series of posts, feigning offence and some kind moral outrage and duty on his behalf to get involved with something that was nothing to do with him. And it's nothing to do with you either as I have never addressed you. Your subsequent posts have been an apparent efforts to deflect from your post #17. So my posts were belligerent and all Chris's posts (including him calling me stupid and lacking manners, that he has now deleted) were not ? Are you serious ? You need to do your homework better. Heh. I’m assuming tim got upset by this post?

https://psiencequest.net/forums/thread-t...3#pid23853 Odd, as I was just providing a link to a short video detailing the potential benefits of a stoic approach, in response to a question he asked. Schooled and raised where Kent meets London, UK. Living in NZ. FWIW.
