Probably this won't say much to most people here but I do find value in it and am sort of posting it as a reminder for myself!
Scott Kiloby is himself a practitioner in the nonduality traditions but he's very aware and vocal about the problems of any teacher or technique that ignores the trauma we carry in the body and in our emotions, techniques that in fact subtly encourages further repression, which leads to very severe health and psychological problems.
This doesn't mean there isn't any good to be had in mindfulness or non-duality practice, but awareness of this issue is key.
