Practicing my connections to my parallel lives ~ a brief visit with Gooseberry

After last night, where I had a brief moment where I felt a soft, gentle energy coming through my third eye, I decided to test it out again, focusing on that warm feeling.

I noticed that there was a visual sensation of rising up from beneath ocean waves, towards the surface, it fading in and out as I tried to maintain the flow. Eventually, I broke through the surface, soaring through a sky, though it was muted.

I got the feeling that I wanted to connect with Gooseberry again. I wondered at what drew me ~ in the end, I decided to just let myself rest in the energy I felt. Curiously familiar and comfortable. I noted that it had to be Gooseberry. I just let myself sink into the feeling.

Eventually, Gooseberry seemed to notice me, and he greeted me warmly and gently, and asked what brought me. I mentioned I just felt the need to reach out. He mused, and asked if I'd be willing to sit with him for a while. I was quite happy to.

Through his mindscape, there came many thoughts and ideas, all related to song composition ~ tones, pitches, rhythms, melodies, harmonies, ideas for songs that were intended to invoke certain emotions. One practiced line evoked from me a longing in my heart... it was intended to represent a tragedy, somberness, though yet tinged with love.

He asked my opinion ~ should he add more of that sort of thing to his compositions? Feeling not particularly well-versed in such arts, I replied that he should do more of the same, yet test new things ~ basically what he's been doing.

We thanked each other, and said our goodbyes warmly. I again wondered at how to define him? Friend? Other self? Gooseberry laughed softly, and said that friend would do just fine.

After that, our connection ended almost graciously and softly, fading, sparkling away, like mist.

It's an achievement. Of some kind. Well, I didn't want to forget this, either, so here's another unceremonious text dump, heh.
