Luis Minero is a researcher, lecturer and teacher of out-of-body experiences who says he has had hundreds of OBEs. He is the author of Demystifying the Out-of-Body Experience and teaches through Mosaic Wellness and Education. Luis reports that his first spontaneous OBE occurred at age 12, when he became aware near his computer and then saw his physical body lying in bed. His later experiences have included encounters with guides, assistance experiences, non-physical environments and practices intended to improve awareness and control. His work presents these subjects through personal testimony, long-term observation and instruction. A second edition of his currently sold-out book is planned for the end of the year.
