Leonard Susskind lecture on reality as a hologram.

I enjoyed this video, although I’d have to watch it a few times to get the best out of it.

Two things I was drawn to.

1) Bits (information) are indestructible. Wow.

2) The bit (haha) about the amount of things in an area being found by a formula which is about area, ie 2 dimensional.

“Black Hole Wars” by Susskind is a really good, interesting and witty read, I highly recommend it. He’s very good at explaining things.

The reviews, like yours, are very good. I’ve bought it, now I hope I can understand it.
