Is love exists in a basic form?

I recently joined a social networking response called Quora because of some issues about my IQ and I have seen a very interesting question.

Do the psychopathy love their children?
There is an anonymous answer by a mother who has two children but has no love to them they jusy like pet with her. Because her brains could not secrese the chemical to feel love, there were controversy about how her action was to be deemed love or not.

I also found it very curious about this issue, I mean the near-the-death experience of unconditional love when there is no body, but why these people do not feel the love of mastery because of the less chemical secretion.
Note: My english still petty bad but you can hrlp me to fix it :0

Conceivably, if I understand your question, whatever brain we have is a filter that fashions/reduces the abilities and limits we have, include the ability to love, which again we can speculate is regained when discarnate again.

I do often wonder about psychopathy, whether it's merely a reflection of the brain or a dimension of the soul personality, and maybe that varies too.
