It was interesting to see that Steve001's first reaction was not to ask "How does this apply to me?" but instead "How does this apply to everyone else?".

I can say the same about you. I don't see a self said admission of guilt.
 Why would my reaction be otherwise when it was posted by someone whom I would never expect? Think what you like, but I do practice to try not to think irrationally on certain subjects. And when I do I step back to examine why. It seems to me that's not the practice among those generally that are psi sympathetic or have beliefs that aren't mainstream.

So what's your opinion of the article?

That's one of the reasons I continually try to switch things around when I am looking at information - how would I judge this information if it was presented by someone I disliked? someone I respected? came to the opposite conclusion? had been preceded by a different anchor?, etc. We don't have to be hopeless slaves to our cognitive biases.
