Gaia.com anyone?

I recently took out a 3 month subscription to Gaia.com mainly because someone I know recommended it. However, I've still to make up my mind about it and, at the moment, I can't see myself extending the 3 month trial period. So I thought I'd ask if anyone here subscribes and, if so, what do you think?

FWIW my impression is that it has the advantage of collecting a lot of material (mostly video) in one place which can be browsed and categorised. It also has some productions, such as The Path trilogy which would be quite expensive to purchase by other means. 

However, I also get the impression that the motivation behind the site is more commercial than spiritual. I think that many of the videos could be found for free on YouTube with a little effort. Then there is the problem of sorting the wheat from the chaff and there does seem to be a lot of chaff.

Finally, they seem to have claimed as their own (or manufactured) a controversial archaeological "discovery" at Nazca involving mummified alien-looking bodies. I find it difficult not to be cynical about the hype they have created around that story which, as you might expect, has been dismissed as a hoax by the mainstream.

I think that many of the videos could be found for free on YouTube with a little effort.

For example, I was just watching an episode of Buzzsaw - a kind of video podcast hosted by Sean Stone (son of filmaker Oliver Stone). I checked YouTube and all of the episodes are there for anyone to watch without subscription.

I always avoid that creepy woman, J Z Knight but I'm not getting a good vibe from the Gaia website in general. There are some videos I was interested to watch but not enough to buy the DVDs so I'll make the most of my trial subscription.

These mummies are apparently back in the news. Paul Seaburn of Mysterious Universe reports that a Peruvian university has decided, against academic opposition, to investigate the mummies. Believers in the mummies are now claiming a link with a three-fingered geoglyph in a different region of Chile:

As reported (rather credulously) by Mysterious Universe, the Universidad Nacional San Luis Gonzaga in Peru - and in particular its Vice-Rector of Research - is continuing to promote these mummies, holding something described as an international research congress with presentations by people who believe they are genuine:
