ECMO Machine

I've often heard Dr Sam Parnia refer to the ECMO machine. Here, in the current health context, is a short informative film on the technology. In this case it is being used for extended periods, much longer than is usual. That in itself is not good, it means the patient is extremely ill. But perhaps the experience with using the technology might be beneficial to everyone in the longer term.
