So, is bad intention any better?
![]() Is there some third alternative?

The bit where she mentions the bit I quoted is around the ten minute mark btw. Should we move this discussion elsewhere or is it ok here?

I'm sceptical of the way she's describing her experience. I'm thinking it so I'm going to say it.

I don't think it's possible to act "without intent". There is no such thing, even if the intent is subconscious or experimental or uncertain. We do things for reasons; that's simply the nature of consciousness. Hence my question: if the road to hell is paved with good intentions, then where does the road paved with bad ones lead? Basically, I feel I might be being conned but I don't have any evidence other than my instinct. I actually stopped watching it after a few minutes. Does she supply any medical records or anything to say that she actually died ? It's just all a bit too formulaic for me. No offence Stan, you're definitely not too formulaic.

If someone does something that is uncertain or subconscious can it be proven that there is a reason behind it ? If it can’t, what then? If the intent is not known to the person carrying out the action, it’s as good as being without intent imo. What’s the intent behind idly kicking a pebble ? Saying ‘it’s subconscious’ without proving the intent is a bit shaky. Quote:then where does the road paved with bad ones lead? Where it was meant to. ![]()
