Cheekiest ever hoax video?

Essex Live has a video of an eerie grey figure said to haunt a pathway in the village of Stansted Mountfitchet:

It's also been picked up by a national newspaper (if the Daily Star can be described as a newspaper):

The lucky photographer was Rob Wakefield. According to the Star, he's a "freelancer." Oddly, the Star seems not to have noticed the kind of freelance work he does - according to the Essex Live article, he's a "freelance content creator."

I wonder - he couldn't be the same Rob Wakefield who created "viral videos" for a living at the "Viral Factory", and now works as "Rob Wakefield Creative", could he? It certainly looks like it, because that Rob Wakefield does have an address in Stansted Mountfitchet:

The people at the Singular Fortean Society seem to know of him. They have these comments from Emily Wayland:
"This is an animation overlaying the footage," she said. "It was likely created in a motion graphics program such as After Effects, since it moves in a very composed, fluid way—could even be a 3D animation. Its movements are repetitive, too, as though it's on a loop. The 'ghost' looks like a stock image of a blanket ghost or ghoul, not at all what witnesses actually report."
“I know how to do that. I could take any ghost image on a black background and overlay it, and make this video,” she added. “Wakefield would definitely know how to do that. He even placed it by the weird mist and had it fade so you couldn’t see the whole thing. This is a hoax.”
