Should You Plan for Your Next Incarnation?

Who knows. Not us, that's for sure.

In the end, we all further each other's growth, and help each other grow by being the catalyst for each other's myriad experiences. Smile

The cycle ends for some, keeps going for others, and begins for more.

There is no situation in the first two either; in those cases the intent is to seek the relevant situations.

Yes, I should have said that the first two have either a loving or an evil intent, where the third has neither.

What do you think about the ‘life review’ sentence/comment?
Oh my God, I hate all this.   Surprise

Just to help me understand your thinking Valmar.

Do you think that on dying, we revert to soul level ie everything is perfect and we’re doing this just to grow in a different form as a sort of entertainment ?
or
On dying, we revert to some in between state, not perfect, but not as imperfect as we are when we’re here on earth?
or
something else?

Which seems to be this one:

That seems fair based on my knowledge about life reviews, which, admittedly, is far from extensive.

Difficult to say...

As a best guess, based on my current, inexorably dim ego-based understanding... usually, our dissociation, from being fully aware of everything we know of as a Soul, simply falls away, and we can then decide what we want to do, whatever that might be.

Sometimes, perhaps our dissociation doesn't even need to vanish ~ we, on a Soul level, simply direct our ego in the direction we're most interested in.

I’m inclined to think that we get to have a glimpse of the higher, perhaps the highest of levels, on passing or shortly thereafter (the bright light?). However we soon revert (drop  Wink )to a level that we have reached overall.
If we had reached our destination, we wouldn’t need to reincarnate. Personally, I’ve still got issues which need attention!
God only knows!  Halo

Heh.

As a Soul, we know a lot, but we're not omniscient, obviously. There are things that we can only learn through coming here, and experiencing through a very limited lens.

I'm curious, Valmar: what are those things, and why are they worth learning?

I have not a clue. It's different for every individual's Soul-journey.
