Read up on nutrition science, not anecdotes. This is all BS!!! For many many decades, doctors have been telling us we need more fiber and less saturated fat and animal protein in our diets. What you are plugging is F**KING DANGEROUS!

STROKES
DIABETES
BOWEL DISORDERS
ETC. ETC. ETC.
If you really believe in this BS, by all means try it but you have no right to expect the medical profession to bail you out when things go wrong!!!
