Woodward/Mach Effect propulsion

NBF has been running a few articles about this technology, which is basically the direct competition to the (much more publicized) EMDrive:

I know it doesn't sound as fantastic, especially after the EMDrive people claimed that Gen III will basically gives us flying cars and hoverboards (in other works, that it will be able to work within the atmosphere), but Woodward has a rebuttal to that...Wormholes!: https://www.nasa.gov/directorates/spacet...ar_Mission

There is a very good chance by the time they fully develop "interstellar propulsion systems" we will have had first contact with ET and finally begin to understand the difference between an object in one location and the same object in another location as two entirely different objects.
