Why materialism is increasingly a popular belief in scientists, is there a reasoning behind it?

I see some have an open mind and easy to change there mind if there were enough eviden then why they still keep their view?

I think most scientists aren't interested in metaphysical positions. That has been my experience as a scientist. Other than their own area of experience and knowledge, I think most scientists go along with what other scientists say about the evidence. And they ignore any research that other scientists aren't talking about. If you can get scientists to talk about parapsychology research, by making research that is strong and gives positive results for psi, then I think other scientists will change their mind. Linda |
