The mystery of where is the total information to build living organisms

One of my often made observations on the development of embryos into animals/humans is the mystery (to me at least) of the emergence of behaviours. It seems to be assumed that instinctive knowledge and behaviour is also coded in DNA. I just don’t see how a protein factory such as exists in the cell can code for psychological traits or equip the developed brain with knowledge of how to walk (some animals can walk within hours, if not minutes, of birth).

Agreed. They're using micro RNA's and things like methylation of DNA etc to explain transgenerational epigenetic inheritance results... and yes, I'm seeing particular network brain structures develop that must have a relationship to micro RNA's and things like methylation... But the issues you raise remain...

Consider holography, where a coherent laser beam is split in two... one channel sent directly to the holographic film, and the other channel bounced of the object to be recorded, and back onto the film, such that both laser channels interfere with one another as they reach the film together. Then later, similar light shone onto the developed film results in a 3D object appearing in space through the interference pattern recorded within the film.

I believe we have a somewhat similar - but deeper - phenomena at work generally in nature... where a spacetime channel, and a quantum channel interfere to release appropriate information. Holography is a strange twisted version of this, but it's borne of the same stuff, you can see it. And when we look at cutting edge physics, they see the same holography issue, they can make sense of much of nature by pushing our micro observations out to the 2D boundary (of say a 3D cylinder in AdS)  analogous to the holographic film, but the problem is, we live, we experience, within the 3D bulk (of the cylinder)... and they still can't make sense of time and/or gravity... indeed they don't even know how to ask the right questions to unify these things, because they just ain't really sure what these are, or what they might even look like.

TO try and break through the deadlock of integrating space time gravity and QM, they have recently left the boundary, and are trying a newer approach to try and understand things again within the 3D bulk space where we actually live... by concentrating on the mystery that lies hidden in particle scattering experiments... it is proving very fruitful... within the last 2 years, things have become incredibly exciting...

But what is becoming clearer to me, is that we're not going to be able to keep the observers who are doing the experiencing out of any final solution... the mathematical structure they are beginning to see, I speculate, will just lead back to us... and to structures within us that are isomorphic (resemble) the mathematical micro structures they eventually pin down in physics, which describe how quantum information adds up to produce the space, time and gravity of our shared experience...

They just won't go near the sharing, or shared processing of information yet... they will though... it's inevitable... we live in the bulk... you can't ignore us once you begin to redevelop new theories based within the 3D bulk space we actually live in... in order to fit the pieces together into a single new generalized theory... the structures within us all, must allow QM information to add up in a predictable way...
