Talking ETs

To be honest, most of the time the "Grey" in that audio clip sounded indignant - and thus hardly unemotional. Can you tell us more about the provenance of that clip and why you believe it to be genuine?

The voice of the "grey" in the audio file belongs to Darryl Anka, cousin of the legendary singer and songwriter Paul Anka, channeling the entity "Bashar". Darryl has been at this for 34 years, and the pronunciation of his 'r's seems to have changed over time. By that I mean he seemed to trill many of them in earlier videos and audio files I listened to  a couple of years ago, but nowadays he mostly trills just the 'r's in the words "experience" and "understand/ing", but with some notable inconsistency.

I don't think a foreign-sounding accent is what one would expect from a person who claims to simply give voice to a multidimensional alien's thoughts transmitted to him telepathically. It makes no sense to me, yet several channels I've listened to in the past  on Youtube had accents that were often inconsistent and sometimes downright goofy.

Despite the disturbing accent problem, I've come to believe that some channels are probably sincere and not faking it. I think they might be capable of something like willfully switching to an alternate personality, as those with dissociative identity disorder are purported to do (albeit unwillingly). It could simply be that unconscious processes compel the other personality to speak with a foreign-sounding accent. As to where channeled information comes from, my guess is that the source is most likely the unconscious minds of the channels themselves, or perhaps in some instances, a collective mind. I think the same can probably be said of many trance mediums.

So when Pssst says information comes from the Greys, does that mean it comes through this kind of "channelling" by other people - and not from Pssst actually having some kind of direct encounter with a Grey?

I think that's probably the case, but I'd rather let him speak for himself on the issue.

While it's certainly possible that Bashar is a real entity (after-all I have concluded that several other mediums may be authentic), unfortunately this channeling example lacks much, if any, veridical basis that we might use to validate this. Given that the entities Mr Anka is channeling aren't deceased humans, this is not his fault, but still lacking any way to validate his claims, I prefer to not pay much attention to him or any of the slew of others channeling "aliens". With all the more validatible claims that are out there, I'd rather spend time with them rather than spinning my wheels with something that boils down to faith, pure and simple. 

Although I am open-minded, and not a slave to dogmatic adherence to the scientific process, I am not a big fan of "pure faith".

You placed the observation of "indignant", Greys have no idea what that word means or how they sound to humans. This clip came from a sitting with Bashar who I have found to be trustworthy over the last 35 years. I cut the pieces out which preceded and followed which have the Questioner asking for a conversation with the Greys over personal and collective abductions ("takings").

My personal Grey encounters are in the dreamstate and OBE going back to my childhood. There is little information in the form of "messages" these encounters were entirely without any major communications. They would lure me during pleasant parts on childhood dreams into a dark hallway or surprise me from behind a door and I would remember very little except when they would put me back in bed with my clothes on backwards, or one shoe on or feet at the head of the bed. The phase-shifting back to physical reality can be disenchanting unless you enjoy sleep paralysis.

This slowed down in my later adulthood but the emphasis changed from being taken to being educated. They will put me back in bed and I can clearly see a number of them with long, flowing three-fingered hands and as they do, I see their ships either up close, out a window, never inside that I can recall.

2) Bashar is an emissary, a stand-in if you will, doing the favor of acting like a UI for conversations with your own Higher Mind.

As time as we know it goes along, ET contact will go, and has followed the line of, from "WTF RUN AWAY to "Huh" to "Hmm" to acceptance with reservations to acceptance.

First, hard contact is due between 2024 - 2035 as we follow the collective will along the lines above. It is inevitable that we take our place among the beings from the stars and one day not to far in the future, we will be someone else's 'UFOs' (~2050 - Barnard's Star).

I am quite familiar with Bashar, having watched several dozens of his Youtubes. So my comments are not due to my ignorance of his work. Rather they are more related to the general believability  of his story. 

I'm not saying he's making it up mind you. He may or may not be doing so. As of course we all know, this is what evidence does: it helps us tell the difference between fact and fiction. Lacking that, we must use some other method of discernment. 

So, yes:  it DOES come down to faith for me, because I am unconvinced that his prescription for making life work has been shown to be totally successful, nor am I sufficiently convinced of his overall story. The fact that you are, is interesting, but you'll have the excuse the fact that I am not confident enough to "buy-in".
