That's the title of the article, but what they say they've done is - in a quantum computer - "artificially created a state that evolves in a direction opposite to that of the thermodynamic arrow of time":

(Edit: As pointed out in the comments, it's rather crucial that the system they're considering is not isolated, so the second law of thermodynamics isn't being violated.)
