Cat Ward is going to carry out a fairly close replication of Whately Carington's 1939 experiment, in which participants tried to reproduce a series of pictures with randomly selected themes which were displayed in Carington's study (curtained and guarded) in Cambridge. Of course, one difference is that the reproductions will be submitted through the Internet this time. The participants will be a mixture of personal friends and others recruited online. Volunteers are welcome, and will be asked to complete a survey before the experiment starts:
