I think you are one of those skeptics and now you want to replay your "greatest hits" from other forums on this one.

The rest of your post is your usual excuse making, crying about how mean the skeptics are and how you are so insecure.

But the bottom line is you are going to just keep posting, endlessly apologizing for finding one more skeptical argument that just has to be addressed. And you won't be taking a break from it to work on lucid dreaming, building an ancestor shrine, or  whatever else people have said lets them communicate with the dead.

We just have to accept this endless cycle of you being triggered by internet commentary unless you get banned....though I believe you've already laid your parasite eggs by making some sock-puppet accounts so even then it wouldn't matter.

Is my summary of the situation accurate?
Nice to see the support from the community toward someone who, like me several years ago, finds themselves worrying over the opinions of others and wanting to hear reasonable discussion of skeptical comments. Instead of engaging or ignoring if it annoys you, let's just tell him he's a cry baby with no consideration as to why he feels the need to ask for help from others in here, and without considering what such comments may do to someone... as you say "insecure". I'm sure that'll make him feel better and a part of the community. I look forward to seeing how you deal with being in an 'insecure' state when you are treated with the same condescendence as you give. From my point of view as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, I hope you never have to be in such a state, and if you are that people are far more considerate and understanding than you seem to be.

Yeah I'm aware of your Reddit account, Laird verified you were the same person when I suggested you be limited to Skeptical Discussion or just banned.

Sadly he didn't listen to me and so I guess we're stuck with you like a mattress with bed bugs.

After all, you don't plan on changing your behavior.

Maybe wait a couple days but then you'll come crying about how you couldn't help yourself and found some new skeptical commentary that upsets you...but otherwise it's business as usual right?

Well I tried...at least when you get tired and reveal your true colors you can't claimed to have fooled everyone. We just tolerated your presence.

I use to be all young and shaken like Omni is now so I understand why he posts like he does. This stuff shakes him up and he can't help but looking at it cause he wants to see people in this forum change their mind and come around to the light. But when they don't he gets freaked out and comes and posts here so we can settle his mind. Exact same way I use to be. If Omni is a secret whatever I'll eat my hat but if he's not you're coming off like a real prick to someone who's just stressed out about this stuff and is looking for some people who know better to calm him down.

Here's the thing. This guy is a clear example of someone who has been fortunate enough to not have to deal with feeling like every comment or argument against one's position is a personal attack that hits deep. He thinks that because he doesn't have to deal with it, nobody else does, or anybody who does must be weak and insecure. People like this have a severe lack of empathy and don't even consider what the comments he makes may do to a person who is just looking for like minded people to offer them some support and confirmation that his position is reasonable. It'll be only a matter of time before he drives someone into a state void of self confidence, and then he won't even give a damn about it. Humans + the internet = subhuman behaviour.

Ah a new member...and this is your first post. A Cognitive Behavioural Therapist you say?

Correct, technically Cognitive Behavioural Therapist in training. My main project atm is my research podcast on these subjects. Had the opportunity to speak with some of the world's leading researchers ie Jan Holden, Bruce Greyson, Penny Sartori, Bernardo Kastrup etc. Hello!

So did you read my posts on that account since you accept that is me? They summarise where I started and you can even see I promoted this forum multiple times upon discovery, when I was in a much better place mentally.

I have attempted to change my 'behaviour' but it isn't that simple for me. But you don't believe me anyways so it wouldn't matter would it?

I have made or contributed to many threads with non-skeptical arguments/claims/rebuttals.

Insulting each other like this is immature and no better than what the pseudoskeptics, and even regular skeptics, do. You have demonstrated on here Sci that you are a lot better than this so I assume you are reasonably frustrated right now and still don't understand where I'm coming from. I can understand that given the context in which we are communicating.

I have shown that through these kinds of threads where I quote them. I have no ill will or sinister intentions Sci.

Yes, I can see you don't see the difference between stubbornness and genuine desperation for help.

You missed the point entirely. But I suppose, as one of Omni's latest sock puppets, that was the point.

No real change is simple or easy.

I'd believe you if actually made an effort, but you already said you fear doing things skeptics would think are stupid as much as you fear death.

If you aren't a fraud you should change to free yourself from a life where your fear rules over you rather than trying to convince some random internet person who's first name is apparently "Sciborg".

Oh no no I got the point don't worry about that. To be honest I just think you're a bit of a child really. Your whole sock puppets statement doesn't do much to help your case I'm afraid Sad
